1\u3001<\/span>General Information Chart C801<\/strong><\/span>: System Generated Integrated File (Please note that you must include your personal cellphone number.)<\/h5>\n
2\u3001<\/span>Proposal C802<\/span>: <\/strong>Limited to 10 pages<\/h5>\n
3\u3001<\/span>Cumulative Transcript (Original)<\/strong><\/span>: Please scan and upload your cumulative transcript (including all previous semesters up through 1st semester of 2024-2025 AY); all uploaded transcripts need to display the official stamp of the MCU Academic Affairs Division Registrar Section; transfer students must submit transcripts from their original school. All submitted transcripts and documents must be clear and flawless. Applicants who submit unrecognizable or insufficient documents will be asked to redo the submission process. Print screen image of transcripts is not acceptable.<\/h5>\n
4\u3001<\/span>Chart C803, a detailed list of consumables, articles, books and miscellaneous items<\/strong><\/span>: Applicants can choose the best subsidy in accordance with the actual needs of the research project. The maximum subsidy for each project is NT$20,000; those who do not need to apply are exempt from uploading.<\/h5>\n
5\u3001<\/span>OTH5, Academic Ethics Education Course Training Certificate (minimum of 6 hours)<\/strong><\/span>\uff1aPlease upload proof of completion for at least 6 hours of academic ethics courses<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h5>\n

1\u3001Please make sure to complete the application before the deadlines listed above.<\/h5>\n
2\u3001Please write only the name of the applying student and do not include the names of other team members on the Proposal and Initial Comment Chart.<\/h5>\n
3\u3001Please double check and confirm the total amount of the expenses for \u201cconsumables, articles, books and miscellaneous items\u201d applied for on General Information Chart C801 is consistent with the amount listed on the detailed list of consumables, articles, books and miscellaneous items (Chart C803).<\/h5>\n
4\u3001Students should visit the “Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center” at https:\/\/ethics.moe.edu.tw\/. Register as an individual, select the relevant course(s), complete the online test, and obtain a six-hour training certificate. Applications without the required certificate uploaded will not be accepted.<\/h5>\n
5\u3001Each faculty member can only serve as an advisor to 2 students at maximum. (Advisors must be full-time or special program MCU faculty members in order to be eligible for applying for the NSTC project).<\/h5>\n
6\u3001Students and advisors shall not be related as spouses, relatives of third degree or relatives through marriage.<\/h5>\n
7\u3001Each project proposal can only be submitted by 1 undergraduate student. The same project proposal can only be submitted once. (Graduate students and Mainland China students are kindly asked not to submit project proposals.)<\/h5>\n
8\u3001Applicants and advisors must carefully read all the application procedure-related regulations and guidelines.<\/h5>\n
9\u3001Student applicants are kindly asked to maintain alertness to the current application status and make sure that their advisors have successfully completed and uploaded the \u201cInitial Comment Chart\u201d C804.<\/h5>\n
