NSTC announced 2023 NSTC Research Project for College Students results on June 20. MCU is granted 151 projects, which is top 4 nationwide, top 2 among private universities and top 1 among all private comprehensive universities. MCU students have been granted over 100 projects annually for 10 consecutive years since 2014.
Among the 151 MCU grants for 2023 NSTC Research Projects for College Students, ranked by School, the top 5 Schools by project number are: School of Management – 42, School of Design – 29, School of Information Technology – 21, School of Tourism – 17, and School of Social Sciences – 10.
By department, the top 9 Departments are: Business Administration Department -13; Product Design Department – 11; International Business Department – 9; Finance Department, Commercial Design Department and Tourism Department – 8 projects each; Accounting Department – 7; Computer and Communication Engineering Department and Department of Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology – 6 projects each.
